OUR STORY

Our names are Fiona and Orlá Cash and we are the founders of S.W.I.M. Ltd. We started S.W.I.M. as sisters who have a passion for sport, fitness and living an all round active and healthy lifestyle. We grew up in the swimming world, starting with a weekly Sunday swim with our family to completing the learn to swim program at our local pool. As we got older we started to take our swimming a little more seriously and joined our first competitive swimming club and then went on to compete at local swimming competitions and triathlons before participating in events across Ireland and beyond.

 

We are both qualified and experienced swimming teachers with over 16 years of combined teaching experience and a lifetime of experience in the industry. We are also qualified swimming coaches and work with some of the local swimming clubs in and around Belfast and on a 1:1 basis with our clients to help them reach their personal goals at recreational and competitive levels.

 

At S.W.I.M. Ltd. we understand that everyone has a different relationship with the water so all of our lesson and coaching plans are tailor made to suit each clients individual needs. Whether your goal is to become more confident in the water, learn basic life-saving skills, improve your health and fitness or technique, compete in an upcoming swimming, triathlon or ironman event or fulfil your dream of jumping off a boat in the Caribbean or scuba diving on the Gold Coast we want to work with you to make this a reality!
